Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So George Weah, scorer of iconic goals and the only African player to win the FIFA world player of the year and Ballon D'Or awards, can now add President of Liberia to his already glittering C.V.

Let's hope he can have a positive impact on the social, economic and political landscape of a country which is listed as one the the 33 least developed countries by the UN and is still dealing with the aftermath of two bloody civil wars and a recent ebola outbreak.

Fingers crossed for him. Seems to have gotten into politics for the right reasons so hopefully it plays out that way.
