    I'm at a family gathering I've had to tell the wife to pretend to everyone else that I have to go and get petrol. I'm parked around the corner in an estate searching the internet for hazard news. I have a serious problem so much my wife just covers for me at this stage.

    Do you feel you need to Cut down on your fpl use?
    Do you get Annoyed when others complain about your fpl use?
    Do you feel Guilty about your fpl use?
    Do you need to check your team/news before you do anything else in the morning? (Eye-opener)

    If you answer yes to two or more of these please make an appointment with your GP
