Baby swan looks in trouble

There's a baby swan sitting in the hard shoulder just past the Clonmacken toll plaza heading southbound. He looks a bit lost and disoriented. Anyone know who I can ring to help him?

Look up the wildlife rehabilitators from the area on the first list on this link. Hopefully one of them can go and check it out, as this is just the sort of thing they do...
