Hello, Just a thought came after a bottle of port...what's required to design/build/operate/manage a full size recycling plant for all of the major items. Just seen an article online that China will not accept plastic for recycling anymore from 2018...creating major headache for EU consumers and business alike. Thanks.

You'll need to deal with your local County Council with respect to Planning Permission and the EPA for permits for one.
