RPZ - Where are we?

How far into the time limit on the RPZ's are we? I'm expecting the obvious with an extension, but is it one year we're into the three year period we're at? On extension I'm expecting a challenge to the legislation this time around, that or some sort of review on a year to year basis trying to avoid same.

Came in just before Christmas 2016. Think it was about the 22nd or 23rd of December 2016.
