Bye bye 'neutrals'. Nice having your input earlier.

Hopefully this result will remove any doubts the decision makers in Utd have about Jose and they give him a ton of cash to buy more players with. The longer his reign goes on the better as far at I'm concerned.

    Awful and late by Holgate

I'm starting to think that these 'taking one for the team' tackles and stopping the counter attack should be red cards, certainly ones like that. He has no intention of getting the ball and Lingard could have been seriously injured there. He's running at pace, it could easily break his leg or ankle.

I thought you would be concerned he is regressing Lingard and Martial tbh.

If everyone of United's players had the heart and passion of Lingard we'd be in a much better position.

Must be so comfortable to support a club not expecting to win anything. Jose's won more in his first season than the last four or five Liverpool managers together.

    Oh Jayop

You and your waving around of facts.

    It's ok though.

Klopps nice to the players. So while they win fck all. they're happy.

Utd fans need to lighten up a bit. The whole world is not against you. The mods here are not against you. Your 2nd in the league, relax a bit.

wow one win after 3 dire draws does it all that?

or maybe they will see that their "star striker" wasnt playing (and joses vanity project ibra) after being over played and put 2+2 together and see that instead. as well as the tactics used when playing the big lump and that utd arent really a big lump team????

    just a thought

McCarthy has been fantastic since he came on. Really got Everton going until Lingard’s stunner. Very surprised by his intensity to be honest but if he keeps it up Sam will love him.

Every game for us is akin to a cup final. If that was the case with Klopp, he'd lose them all. :)

Why bother? Like seriously? What do you benefit from it.

I don't understand how you's can all melt eachs others heads and think it's a great pass-time.

Anyway, Pogba played well today, ref had a poor game, should have been a lot more yellows for both teams.

    GG.

I think we'll get a reaction after been boo'd off the pitch.

If that doesn't hurt them enough to put in a performance today all the doom and gloom talk around the place will start to see some justification

I want to see wounded animals out there today showing some fight.

    0-2 united.

Not exactly wounded animals. But a lot more bite.

Agree had the ref seen the kick out at Mata.

All his actual tackles seemed fair game to me though.

Lingard then kicked out at McCarthy also which could have been red.

Agree, thought most of McCarthy's tackles where quite decent aside from the one on Mata.

Decent game, good result for Man U. No need for all of the messing and whinging. THis is a matchthread so please stop being so precious about what people are saying about one or other of these teams or their players. Remember, attack the post not the poster..

Actually Lingard is in the form of his life atm but Martial? Did you think he's improved since his £57m (inc add ons) transfer to Utd?

Please say yes, just for the craic like.

Honest question, why is there different rules in a match thread to a super thread.. surely the rules should be across the whole forum

So why would some players blossom and some not under the same management?

Like how did lovern turn into a pub player under klopp

    was that klopps fault?

    The players fault?

    nether ?

    Both?

Do you think there's a lot more to it ?

Because I can't see why you would think it was this simple unless.

You don't have a very strong grasp on the complexity of the situation.

or you have an alternate agenda
