Visa Debit Card declined

    In the past week my debit card has been declined online at allbeauty.com and amazon.co.uk as well as instore at The Body Shop. My card was accepted at eir.com and I can use it at atm. There are sufficient funds in my account so I'm not sure what the problem is, and was hoping you could advise

    I haven't received any emails or texts, and have been using this card regularly since the summer.

    If this continues I would advise that you send your query through the online service desk when logged into 365 online and an advisor will be happy to help you, they may need to order you a new card if it's necessary.
