    Much as we wax on about our friends in Dublin City Council someone there must have given this the green light. Thanks DCC!

    Now if they had ProCycling as well..

    They probably get a package of titles and will often have no say in what is or isn't in a bundle and can change anytime.

    It depends entirely on which company they're using though
