Problem with phone line

    Hi, 

    My father attempted to report a fallen tree close to a main road that has pulled part of the phone line down with it. The tree had grown around the phone line so simply removing the fallen part was not possible. While it has not yet caused issues with the phone lines it is very close to the road and may cause issues. We tried contact Eir by phone but as Eir is not our phone provider at the moment it would not allow us to report a fault. 

    Can you please advise if there is any way for us to have this issue dealt with?

    You would need to report this to our dangerous plant team on 1850 245 424. They can arrange for this to be fixed.
