That's right, in the best Korea. Anyone going for it? :D

Purely out of curiousity I had a read thru their site. Only way to take part as an outsider is to go thru an arranged tour - cheapest option is flying from Dublin to Dandong in China (about €900, 20h each way approximately) and then the 3 night tour package (€850 or so).

Some of the photos looks great: http://pyongyangmarathon.com/#homepage-gallery

    Except this one:

I wonder if not finishing is a crime....

Would you even be allowed to run it unattended?

Ah yes another one for the bucket list.
I believe the tour group Koryo is based in Bristol. The group head gave a very good interview to Off the Ball I think perhaps mid last year.
Its not difficult to gain entry and loads of packages on offer. Up to 2015 it was just the marathon, now they have a number of other distances also
Wonder are they looking for a sub 3hr pacer?!!

Some amount of sight seeing in that tour, wouldn’t fancy that hours after a marathon. The fee doesn’t include the marathon fee and the visa fee so add 200 USD, still would be an amazing experience.

Assuming himself and Donald aren’t fighting by then.
