    Keep it simple- enter your username, swim, bike, run distances separated by the "|||" (or ask someone to help). Whoever has highest volume by the end of 2018 wins their weight in bitcoin ;)

    Simple is good. The inaugural SBR was not a sticky. It was good to have some sort of target for motivation like the gold silver bronze though. Since I hope to get into the pool once in a while and do some actual running, I'll play. I'll club my erg kms in as Bike kms as they are worth more than turbo kms anyway!

    I did like what the SBR morphed into- when there was a load doing it was fun to watch rivals update on the spreadsheet and go for gold etc. A challenge is always good! Need to take it back to basics for now, and build on that again;) You're a demon in the pool once you get going MCOS, fingers crossed you get back swimming and maybe some OW racing later this year.

    Finally off the mark. Pulled a calf on new years day so only rehab and S&C work since then. Sub 3 attempt in April not looking good!
