New monitor

I currently have a dell w1900 monitor and the missus offered to get me a new one. Would i see any difference with a new one, I have an asus gt 1030 graphics card.

That's not a HD screen you have at the moment is it?

Hi Op

your word document and emails wont display much better. But multimedia, netflix, even webpages etc could render better with new monitor.
In addition to quality, 19" is smallish by today's standards.

I have dual 24" monitors for my desk, id often have 10-15 things open and its handy to move things around.

My monitor is 1280*768. I was looking at a few on littlewoods from €140- about €180, I know I could more than likely get better value for money elsewhere but haven't got the money at the moment. They are all 1920*1080
