    I filled that form.. can i get my user id and my pin too by post? Everywhere i see the pin but i think i will get my user id too..

    Any help?

    Thanks for your post here on Boards.

    When you receive the pin in the post you will need to contact our team on 0818 365 365 to activate the pin then the advisor over the phone will give you the USER ID as well.
