Mine from 12 months ago has also just finished and gone back up to €16. I'd like to keep the half price offer for another 12. Anyone managed to sign up again with the same email address?

Live chat said it was for new customers only. I asked to be cancelled. Will sign up with code once that goes through. At worst, use a new email. Pity they make it an effort...

Did you type it in or copy and paste the code? I think it needs to be in caps.

I got the “Voucher Code Not Valid” error when I copied & pasted the code in this afternoon.
I tried typing the same code in (uppercase letters) & it worked.
Might be worth giving it a try :)

What's the best way to unsubscribe, ring them, or is there an online "unsubscribe" ?

Edit: found the email address to cancel.

The voucher code is the same as last years. I remember from the original ad that it was supposed to expire June 2017. Maybe they've just realised they need to retire it. At least someone got in for another year before it was locked down.
Wish it had been me though! :D
