Hi BopNiblets,

I'm very sorry to hear your not happy with the 10 character limit, but I do not have any information as to why its set at that limit.

I'm guessing a contributing factor would be when people use longer passwords its easy to make a mistake while typing, resulting in issues gaining access then, this is just a speculation.
