Amp / speakers to go with a Rega Planar 1 record player

    Hi all,

    I recently bought the Rega Planar 1 record player - so am looking for a reasonable priced pre-amp and speakers to get a good rig going. Any suggestions? Looking to keep it relatively cheap if possible.

    This looks like a good deal - possible to order from the Belfast store? How much is delivery?

    That Onkyo A9010 / Q Acoustics 3010 combo isn't a good deal at €239 / €289 - it's a complete steal!

    The Euro price includes shipping, just add £6.99 to the Sterling price for shipping and of course you can pay in whichever currency suits you best.

    All in stock and ready for shipping.

    Many thanks for your post and I'm not knocking your contribution but the OP was looking for a good value pair of speakers and amplifier to match his Rega - I'm not sure your suggestion really hits the spot with regard to the original request.

    As ever drop me a line if you would like to chat or comment further regarding our advice but I do feel that the Onkyo 9010/ Q acoustics combo will sound great and really represents super value.
