    Placed an order last Sunday for the iPhone X. Was told it would be dispatched within 24-48 hours and would arrive within 2-3 business days. I understand Monday was a bank holiday and did not count as business day, but the phone still should have arrived by now. A representitive told me it would arrive Thursday (yesterday). Rang twice to check order status and the first representitive told me the phone was dispatched but that she could not track it or anything so I rang later on in order to speak to someone else and the person was extremely rude and told me that it has not been dispatched yet and there's absolutely nothing he can do. Extremely bad service!! Especially considering I paid 650EUR and was promised it to be delivered within 2-3 business days. Wouldn't have ordered the phone if I knew it was going to cause this much hassle.

    Finally received an e-mail saying the phone was out of stock even though it was in stock when I purchased it. Once eir have your money they don’t care. Going cancelling our contract completely, was through to 4 different representatives and waited 50min, the representative Carly said she wouldn’t cancel the contract for us as she didn’t know how and is making us ring back Monday. Absolute nightmare, avoid eir at all costs
