Mac keyboard with Windows PC

I am using a Windows PC but have connected my Mac keyboard as I prefer it.The downside is. when accessing the function keys, I have to hold down Mac's fn key. Is there anyway I can permanently make the function keys act as function keys (F5, etc)?
