Just how accurate do I need to be with the type of breeds on the census form? I have 32 mountain and mountain cross ewes, I'm not sure which is which so I'm tempted to put them all down as mountain ewes.

Same here with lowland ewes. I ended up picking the categories closest to the various crosses we have.

I am all lowland here, have a lot of sufflockx Cheviot ewes. For the sheep welfare scheme, They classified me as a farmer with a hill flock! I rang to change though.
