I wear orthotics in my trainers and everyday shoes and noticed when I was on holidays over the Xmas period that my back has gone to pieces. Its aching and I am putting this down to the fact that I would have spent most of the holidays walking around the house barefoot or in socks. I don't like to wear my trainers indoors.…
