Avira free. Won't uninstall

Hi Folks,
Has anyone had a problem uninstalling Avira free?
I just can't get rid of it from a windows10 laptop.
Went through the normal remove programs feature, then ran Revo uninstaller and it's still there.

Tried to remove from Program files and it says I have no permission to delete.
Checked regedit and it says I have no permission to delete the keys.

The Avira registry editor tells me the system is using it and cannot delete.
Their own uninstaller tool is no longer available.

This is worse than a virus, can anyone give me help please?

Finally got shut of it. Reinstalled it and uninstalled it again. Seems to be gone completely now.

sounds like your uninstall files got corrupted.

a little late but here is the link to manual uninstall. if i were you id use it anyway to clean up reg keys and folder that may be left behind.
