Camera release cable for Canon 200D

I purchased a wireless remote shutter control for my new Canon 200D for when I go Northern lights hunting next month. This is what I got...

However when looking at it tonight i discovered that the cable that comes with it doesn't fit the Canon 200D. I think I need what is called a C1 cable (the one I ordered came with a C3).

This is a C1 cable but it doesn't have the 200D listed as a compatible camera (although it does have the 100D which is the previous model, so I presume it would work). Is anyone able to confirm for me and also tell me if the cable will be compatible with the other bits (the receiver and transmitter) that I got originally. Although they are different brands, I am hoping they are compatible.

The C3 is a special connector, the Yongnuo is just a TRS to TRS. Assuming a straight pinout you can pickup similar in any shop tomorrow. Its what some would call an "Aux" cable like for connecting your phone to a hifi. Decent odds you even have one in the house.
