How difficult is a 457 employer sponsor visa to get

My occupation isn't on the main migration visas for Aus. My only option now is to try and get sponsorship through the 457 visa . I know this visa is changing in March but I don't the change will affect my ability to apply . I think it's mainly a name change. How difficult is this employer sponsored visa to get

Hard to answer without knowing what you do and you’re qualifications and experience is and if your currently working in Australia now?

But talk is there trying to make it harder for employers to sponsor but who knows.

Wait until the new visa changes come in. Aussies are a bit simple and they run from uncertainty.
