Desktop for parents €200 budget

Parents old dell Desktop is dead and I need to sort out something for them. Mainly browsing and email will be the main uses for them.
Any suggestions for something in this budget please?

I'm not sure you'd get anything that decent on a 200e budget.

EDIT: If you can recover the PC it might be cheaper and easier to just upgrade the HDD / Memory in the old Dell (SSD would be my first port of call).

What make / model is the Dell?

Plenty of ex-office machines on Adverts.ie with Core i5 / Core i3 for that price.

Preferably buy from someone with a shop.

Second hand is the way to go. If all they use it for is browsing then the likes of this below and upgrade to a SSD yourself.

I picked up a Dell Optiplex i5 3rd Gen 3470 /4GB Ram for 120 delivered from green IT disposal on Ebay. That would suit your needs perfectly and would still leave plenty if you want to upgrade RAM or maybe an SSD.

These are the guys i bought from, they got new stock all the time.
