What's going on in the car park opposite PJ Matthew's on Sunday mornings?

I've passed it once or twice (most recently about an hour ago) and there are cars double parked everywhere. Today was first time I noticed people seemed to be heading into the car park. I was almost past it at this stage however so didn't get a proper look at what was going on
