Hi George,
The Vodafone forum was closed to new posts over the holidays and re-opened on 3rd January. One of the reps did answer a query that day, so it's been a few days not weeks since a rep has posted. However I see that there are lots of new posts since then, I'll give them a shout to remind them that the forum has re-opened to new queries.
