Hi. I've a joint account with my gf, of which I think is a current account, if that makes a difference??. All our direct debits come out of this account. And the fees are killing us. Anyways my query is can I change this account to a 3rd level student account. I am in 3rd level, full time studies.

    Hi hadepsx,

Thanks for posting here on Boards.

You can apply for a sole Student account, if you are in 3rd level Education. We wouldn't facilitate joint Student accounts.

Please see here for more information on a Student account.

Do let us know if we can help with anything else.

    Thanks again, Jane
