Question regarding loan

    I held a loan with the bank of ireland for 7,500 euro in 2005. I stopped making repayments in 2007. My account was closed around then., I want to start making repayments again. How do i find out the details of the loan and what collection agency it was passed to? I'm no longer in the country so going into the branch is not possible.
