Asked this question in another thread days ago but no reply, so has anyone been able to get racing commentary working on this?

You can cast something like William Hill Racing Radio from TuneIn App but can't seem to ask GH for it direct.

Yeah that seems like the only option which is disappointing

Seems to be an issue between Google and TuneIn and possibly the stations themselves not carrying a standard identifier as there are plenty of reports of stations working than not and then working again.

No reason it couldn't work in future if they sort the issue out.

This issue is also on Alexa, which leads me to think that the issue is more with TuneIn then either GH or Alexa. It feels like TuneIn is more like a search engine and that results are changing every few weeks!

Interestingly GH seem to be moving to direct streaming for some of the biggest radio stations like BBC, so maybe they see that as a solution.

Amazon have recently made streaming directly from BBC possible. Install BBC skill. Ask Alexa to play radio one or Graham Norton podcast and off Alexa goes streaming directly from BBC.

Also for Irish radio install the Irish radio player skill. Then ask Irish radio player to play news talk and off she goes. Better quality streams and closer to the live version. Ie less delay.
