I've not seen the Red Wind at that sort of price, but the Fulcrum Quattro Carbon are a great deal as in this link

Red Wind isn't a true carbon wheel as it has an alloy braking surface, its not particularly light either, although they are supposedly a very good wheelset. The Quattro carbon is lighter and is full carbon construction. I have Quattro Carbons and so they get my vote. They're €160 cheaper (in the above link) than what I paid for them 2 years ago.

Chainreaction have the prime brand of carbon wheels, probably would be around your budget.

Okay, my budget took a major hit.

What wheelset would you guys recommend for a Trek Emonda SL6 with a budget of a around 400e? Just looking for a good all round wheelset that will really suit the bike

The price! You ask for advice and want chapter and verse too? If you research these on Boards (loads of posts) you won’t find many bad reviews of them! Official wheels of Boards.
As it’s your money, you need to do some research to ensure any recommendations suit your requirements.

I'd always go for the DA C24 if they are an option, might pick up 2nd hand set for €400, great wheelset!!

Have mine on about 8 months now and i'm very happy with them. One little issue with them and it took me 2 minutes to fix it.
They made such a difference to my bike and would easily buy another set.
Also a quick search shows that Swim Cycle run seem to be the cheapest on the net and they are based in Dublin

handbuilt full Carbon 50mm clinchers at http://www.spokesmanwheels.co.uk/ for about 600 to 800 (depending on spokes, hubs, etc)
