It's a really nice place with full equipment, soundproof, kitchen available and whatever you may think of :D The rent is 600 (and we will split in half so 300-300) and you would share the room only with myself. Hi,

I am a singer songwriter who is looking for a space to rehearse in. Due to my work, I will have time off during the day and would like to know if this space is available for hire on an hourly basis? And also if it is available during the day? Thanks in advance, D.
