Current account fees question

    Hi I received my current account fee statement in November and the fees were deducted in late December. However, the fees deducted were higher than the statement. Can u investigate this?

    Thanks for posting here on Boards.

    We'd advise that you send a message from your 365 online account. You can do this when logged into a browser or a PC, go to the service desk and choose to 'Ask a Question', from the drop down menu. An advisor will check this and get back to you.
