    Slightly similar TA.

On the Luas back to the park and ride after the All Ireland yesterday evening, and the carriage was naturally jammers. But there was a pregnant woman stood in the middle of it with her buggy and a couple more unruly children with her wearing the tracksuit that is a uniform for her "kind", listening to music on her phone.

No biggie you would think. Only she had no earphones in and instead had it blaring from the speakers on the phone. That inane, headache-inducing trance sort of music as well. And I was facing into a 45-min journey already annoyed having to rub shoulders with too many strangers.

Not easy at all - but surely there is a discipline policy in place to protect you from this. No-one should be getting that kind of abuse in their work place.

I had an appointment with a specialist that fell exactly right, where I could go to work then drive out promptly and be there in time.

TA that today, just the week before it, I got a letter telling me the time was wrong, and now the new time is right in the middle of the day and I'm going to have to go through the whole hassle of taking part of the day off. I can't delay the appointment as I need the prescription and consultation badly.

I have been in all of the pain this evening. Incapacitated me and now I'm only just getting round to starting at least 2 hours worth of homework.

TA my calf in my right leg is pulled, my groin on my left side is only a bit gone but I'm hoping I haven't fractured metatarsals in my right foot. On the plus side I really enjoyed the game of footy tonight!

I'm dead on my feet but the plan is tonight:

    Home
    Tea
    Telly
    Sleep
2am alarm call to watch Federer
    Quick nap
    Work
    Die of exhaustion

Condolences! Can’t believe he was taken out in 4 sets.
I felt drunk I was so tired after today. I was so buzzing after my man winning I only had about 90 minutes sleep before my alarm.

TA went to bed in the evening at 9 but wide awake since 4.30. I’m well rested now though.

There's a road that I either drive on or cycle on a couple of times a day when commuting to work.
On one side of the road, the residents park their cars, it's grand. It's always bee done.
On the other side of the road, there is now a line of cars/vans parked half on the road, half on the footpath. These are all builders that are working on a site at the top of the road.
They have reduced the road to 1 lane and are parking illegally. It's driving my bananas now as it's f*cked up traffic on the road.

Domestic tourists who loudly complain that they don't know where they are going(pre-trip prep, google?)
Spending the whole trip looking out and commenting on the businesses they see on the way to where they think they are going(Landmarks to them I know, but annoyingly loud to the rest of us).

Complaining to the bus driver that the closest stop to their hotel is a five-minute walk on nice paths, after refusing to stay on the bus while it does the additional route that drops them at the stop outside the hotel they don't want to walk too.

All soooooooooooooo loud and easily avoided by their preplanning!

This preceded by another one who asked me for directions and proceeds to tell me that it's not the seaside hotel he booked as it has too many trees! Cause any of that is my fault, I miss big cities where ppl are too scared to ask strangers questions.

When you try to invite people out for a social occasion but they make up the excuse that they're dying from the bubonic plague or something, then a few hours later you see them tagged all over Facebook in pictures from a wild drinking session they're having with people they were privately whining about to you just a few days prior.

There's a fault in the handbrake (electronic) in my car since yesterday. Car is 11 years old, so not worth putting money into and I was planning to change it by February (when the NCT runs out) anyway. Went on to my brother's website to have a nosey at his stock there and he had a gorgeous A5 that was actually within my budget listed. Rang him about it and it was sold this morning :mad::mad:

I was stopped and asked 'which way to the cathedral?' I asked them which cathedral and got a thick answer in return.
I hope they enjoyed their trip to the Aldi I gave them directions to.

The plastic coating that seems to be common on paperback books these days. It peels and curls off the edges of the book and make it look wrecked and I am very fussy about minding books :(

I really try not to let things bother me too much. But...today I've been more than TA, I'm fuming!!

I spent the whole day getting the run around from dept to dept, over an error they made, but which they all blame each other for, and which could have a huge impact on me! Finally, at 4pm, I met someone who actually knew how to do their job, it's not sorted yet, but I have an appointment with that person first thing tomorrow, where she says she will sort it all out. The steam is still coming out of my ears.

How some of these people are holding down what are responsible jobs is beyond me.

The fact that my now 6 year old smartphone which I've been delaying upgrading for the better part of a year won't update certain apps,

Can't use Bumble anymore now because the f**king app is incompatible on the device. It won't let me pass the upgrade app stage, and then during today I got a notification of a match and I can't even check it. F**k sake!!

The utter **** who brought his bike - illegally - on the train last night and stood with it between the refreshment car and the next car.

No one could get through and he just shrugged and said "where do ya f***ing want me to put it ?"

Thankfully a gentleman had a suggestion for him.

Oh and other TA - the inevitable cycling superheroes who are about to descend and waffle on with unsubstantiated ****e stats defending their peeps.
