Snowing constantly now here in Donegal, about a foot and a half of hail drifts outside my front door and window sills too.

Coming down thick in Dublin 16.

Yeah that was unexpected. I had given up on that shower watching it break up on radar, but it had a good 10 minutes of proper heavy stuff. Everything covered by about 1-2 cm now :)

Snow has eased now in Dublin 16. Good coating on all surfaces now, including roads and footpaths. 0.6c atm.

Power now gone where I am - mid Monaghan. No wind, but don't know if it is snow related or lightning. Power was wavering for about 10 mins before.

Been coming down in the Newry area most of the day really. About three inches on cars this am coming on from S Armagh hills. There is easily 3-4 inches lying in the town itself now. It's is still snowing at the moment and looks like the showers will continue till morning. Primary schools already cancelled. Any ideas how to post pictures?

All I'm getting here in Ennis is hail and wind. :(

Only really kicking off here in Dundalk now. Nice snow, starting to cover. Only light snow and flurries through the day. I'd say its the topography (hills to the NW acting as a shield) playing a part.

Very Heavy big fluffy flake snowshower in Bray a few minutes ago that lasted about 10 minutes. Heaviest I've seen since 2010. Dusting on cars.

Sleet wet snow on West Core at the moment, however with extremely strong winds. Anything north west facing is completely coated with white.

Another big flash too, most lightning I've seen in a while. Exceptional long book off this one too.
