    RIS?

So Sean is another client for whom Mr Cohen provided pro bono legal servces, that's really marvellous. I can just see his other clients looking at the legal services bills they got from him turning the air blue.

Is Sean Hannity involved in Russian collusion somehow, or is Mueller just going anywhere and everywhere in his fishing expedition?

More utter obfuscation (and that is giving you the benefit of the doubt).

Mueller handed over his information pertaining to Cohen to the DOJ, the DOJ having evaluated it handed it over to the SDNY, who having evaluated it, brought it to a Judge who having evaluated it permitted the raid on Cohen's properties.

Cohen chose to assert he had three clients, Cohen chose to reveal that Hannity was the third client, something it seems like Hannity disputes.

Mueller is about as connected to today's events as HRC, although knowing your desperate posting style you'll likely assert she might have been a client of Cohen's if only we could see those emails.

    Ya out of luck hon.

That's if you think that Hannity is telling the truth. He wouldn't lie, obviously. I expect Cohen to confirm this under oath.

So Cohen had three clients. One he didn't charge, one he actually made payments out of his pockets. The other one must feel like a right nobody at this point.

edit: Also he assumed the conversations were confidential ? Isn't that what client attorney privilege is ? That a lawyer can't disclose conversations with a client ?

Yip! Cohen currently arguing in court for client privilege, Hannity on air and Twitter saying he's not a client!

"There were audible gasps and one shout of “holy ****” when Hannity’s name was revealed on the courtroom."

    This is surreal.

    And awesome. :D

Hannity railing against the judicial and law enforcement apparatus to millions, and all the time had skin in the game.

Its just so fitting. It could't have happened to a nicer guy.

    Correction.

Cohen says Hannity is his client.

    Hannity denies this.

Therefore there is no attorney client privilege

So Cohen is lying to a judge, yet we are supposed to believe his story of events in regards to anything to do with Trump?

It's beginning to look like the circling of the wagons is falling apart and the circle getting smaller, or larger, depending on how you look at it.

Luckily for The Donald, Cohen and Hannity, apparently there are tapes of telephone conversations that will explain everything. They will clear up all of these misunderstandings.

Funny you should say that. Someone impersonated Hannity with Julian Assange which lead to this conversation:
Gilliam, who amassed more than 23,000 followers by pretending to be Hannity, sent a direct message to Assange that read, “I’d like to set up a time for us to talk. When may be good for you?”
Assange responded, “Back! Good to see. Most of today is good. Try other channels.”

When Gilliam kept up the conversation and asked if he was available for a call, Assange made a second mention of messaging “on other channels.”

He added, “Have some news about Warner.”

So yeah, Hannity could well be caught up in this. Also, if he was coordinating with Trump to create spurious grounds to fire Mueller, Rosenstein or Sessions with the intent of hobbling or ending the investigation, he may need to get himsalf a better lawyer.

Judge hasn't decided whether to appoint a special master to sort out what is attorney client privilege and what isn't. Parties are to propose names.

**** it - if they get their special master, it'll only delay the inevitable. Less moaning out of them re corrupt police force etc looking at their docs

    Hearing over

Good god there are too many potential possibilities with this hannity cohen revelation to count and every one of them leads to hannity cohen and trump breaking several laws.

The Elliot Briody story broke last week. He's the deputy finance chair of the RNC that made the $1.6 million payout to the playboy mistress to abort his baby. That's the second fix. What has he fixed for Hannity though!

It's worth pointing this out. Personally don't have much time for Sean but if what he's saying is true then this is been taken out of all proportion.

Have you read any of the previous pages and tweets?

Well, they both can't be telling the truth. So is Cohen lying or is Hannity lying?

That wasn't exactly Sean's fault, an investigative reporter called Rod Wheeler created that story and stupidly it appeared on the Fox news website and was taken down soon after. All those late night hosts peddle conspiracy shít.

Online FoxNews - Breaking News and FoxNews Live both have the same online headline.... Stripper storms courthouse as Trump lawyer fights feds over 'unprecedented' evidence seizure. They both also include this..... 3:58 Judge Andrew Napolitano explains attorney-client privilege. 'This may very well be a trap': Judge Nap says Cohen in 'extremely dangerous' spot. Neither are mentioning the news that Mr Cohen told the judge in court that Mr Hannity is a client of his, or anything to do with the hearing.

Surely Haley has to be the next to go. For the most senior diplomat to announce upcoming sanctions against a country that Trump had just stated the relations with were at the lowest ebb if almost criminal.

Trump surely has to fire her for making a mockery of the US at the UN. Nothing she says from now on can be taken at face value and she has lost all credibility

Dunno, tune in at 9pm ET on the Fox news channel to find out.. lol. It will be an interesting show for sure

It really won't. All of this will somehow be HC fault, or Comey or some other deep state bad actor.

If this is the Seth Rich stuff, he ran with it for a week and didn't apologise. He knew exactly what he was doing.

Also, you don't hire a Cooley grad for law stuff. Cohen isn't known for good lawyering. He's known for a lot of things but lawyering isn't one of them.

The two most likely possibilities are cohen was doing some similar dorty dealings for hannity that he did for trump re stormy daniels, which is the least worst of the two scenarios, the other is cohen acted as a back channel for trump hannity and other 3rd parties to pass info between. If trump passed classified or other illegal info using this channel to hannity they are all screwed.

Also dont forget that fake sean hannity twitter account that tricked julian assange a while back. Assange specifically referred to other channels they had setup they could use to discuss things.
