Anyone know were I'd pick up a mesh back support in a bricks and mortar shop (ideally in town). Dunnes used to have them but none on Henry St or Ilac today.

There's the Back Shop on Exchequer St, they'd be likely to have what you're looking for. Probably pricey though but likely better quality

get yourself to a 'Spine doctor' had trouble for 20+ years it wont go away, went to a guy in Kilcoole co Wicklow around June last year back is 95% better now. i'm sorry I did.nt go years ago. The supports will ease the pain but won't cure it.
