I have horrible visions of him smiling in content being at that.

Time for some more Elvis. Is there a reason he is getting this tribute?

Trying to stay awake for McCartney. BBC1 scheduler must have been a Dave Clark Five fan or something.

Not a huge Beatles fan but he would have been a great headliner for Glastonbury this year.

I never, ever forget that I love Paul.

But sometimes I forget just how much I love him.

If the conspiracy theory that Paul died while he was in the Beatles was true, then the lad they got in to replace him wasnt bad at all.

Paul: Eh, you...yes you, you lanky get! Move to the back, people can’t see.

I have the DVD but put it on hold as I was planning to see it in the cinema next week with a friend but that's not gonna happen now.

Should have the house to myself some evening next week.

Paul should play ‘Right Said Fred’ in tribute to George Martin :)

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,619 ✭✭✭dasdog

I've warmed to The Beatles over the years but aside from a few stellar songs and revolutionary production I find their music boring. My brother gave me a Sun Ra record today as a present and I'm gonna to listen to that now. Happy Christmas Music Shows on BBC Four, Sky Arts and everywhere else folks.

I do often think about the time I saw a Beatles tribute band where the Paul was right handed. It was the wrongest thing I have ever seen.
