    Hello, yeah it's the new Bowie this weekend, the third one from whoever did the two Five Years Docs in recent years. He has been racing to get some old footage restored to broadcast standard before it airs, sure it will give them an excuse to repeat it at Easter with a few minutes tagged on https://variety.com/2019/tv/news/david-bowie-finding-fame-bbc-film-rare-footage-ziggy-stardust-1203125834/ His 2000 Glasto Set gets another outing too.

    BBC4 goes with a new HipHop thing that's already on Netflix. Just the four episodes, two this weekend and the rest the following Friday. Meanwhile, a rare listing for Blue Peter down below ...

    I was always of the opinion that pop/chart music went downhill around 86 but damn it that weeks chart, so far, had a hell of a lot of great stuff. What a mix of styles from the Pogues/Dubliners to Whitesnakes metaly Still of the Night.

    Id forgotten what a brilliant song that was til I saw the show last week. A great band.
    Great voices, great tunes and always a social message to the lyrics
