    Hi,
Can't log into 365online again today.  It keeps giving the following error
"We are unable to process your request at this time, please try again later."

    Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

Can I ask if this is happening when you try to log in on both the main website and the mobile App? Also if you could confirm what browser you are using when attempting to log in?

    Thanks again,
    Darren.

Not a browser problem. Seems to be bigger than that. ZIMS region must have been taken down

Yes looks like no one can get in. I tried Internet Explorer too so it's not just Chrome.

I can't believe that there is still no response to this issue from any of the BoI Representatives

Just noticed that the first post in this thread was entered on 13th January.

Darren at Bank of Ireland responded TWO DAYS later.

What happened to the "6 hours Response Time" ????

It's Friday afternoon - and it's a bank - I don't have any high expectations.  I was in a local branch at 3 pm today as the 'general assistant' floating around explained to a man in his 80s that the cashiers only work til 12.30 now - Card only after that! We, the taxpayers, bailed out the banks but the banks still call the shots - every time (including Friday afternoons!)

I hope their Indian offshore team are still there to fix it. It's half past midnight in Delhi now!

    Is 365online down again?
Tried two browsers and it's not even loading - times out or non-responsive.
Gets the main BoI page ok, but even from that, trying to log into 365online, it fails.

Replying to myself, but some others may find it useful.
Because of terrible 4G download speeds, I'd changed my 3 APN to 3broadband.ie and it was flying along - but it seems that this causes an issue with the BoI's servers somewhere along the line.
Changed back on to APN of 3ireland.ie and it's accessing Banking 365 perfectly fine now.
