I've been taking it (on advice from my doctor). For 13 days and today I developed and big swelling and redness in 1 eye.
I'm in a 3rd country right now so won't be able to see a doctor until I cross the border in a few days

Any advice will be appreciated.
(I'm definitely going to see a doctor as soon as I cross into a more developed country)
