Hi, I've been looking online to see if I can get a Tennents in common mortgage but I can't see any banks that offer this based on search results.

Does anyone know of any banks or providers that offer this type of mortgage in Ireland.

    Tennents in common mortgage.

I believe that Irish law wouldn’t allow it.
You’d be left laying about 30% plus on capital gains tax.

Just get a regular joint mortgage and take out life insurance and name the other party as the benefitor.

there is no such thing. you get a joint mortgage and your solicitor does up a tenants in common agreement. It is very common for non married people buying a place and is worth putting in place. Just to a solicitor
