Hold music - Can you please please change

    Hi BOI, 

    You have two options at this point, to change that terrible terrible hold music loops or cut down on hold time. 

    Seeing as charges for items we have blocked on are cards continue to come through, this involves monthly lengthy calls to card services , on hold for 30mins at time listening to that screeching hold music. 

    Whomever decided on it needs to be sat in a room with it on load for the typical hold duration that customers go through. 

    Please send this on to the powers that be.

    :D  Please let me know when you find someone who does, my mate does good deals on hearing aids.

    Thanks for your post.

    We'll be sure to pass on your feedback regarding the hold music and wait times. In relation to the reason for the calls, have you cancelled a continuous authority set up by a company that are still coming through? If so, we'd advise that you contact the company to cancel this from their side too and to ensure they don't put through any further charges.
