Car sharing - Knocknacarra to Parkmore

    Anyone on here driving from Knocknacarra/Rahoon area to Parkmore Monday-Friday and willing to car share in return for payment?

    Doubt you'll get an open answer to that. You've essentially described a Taxi, not covered by normal insurance.

    I'm sure he means he will throw a few euro to the driver for petrol as he should if getting a lift with someone. Its standard practice if someone is getting a lift with someone else regulalry, why would would somone expect to get a free lift? Absolutely nothing like a taxi service.

    Heard recently on the grapevine that the "Parkmore Transport Action Group" - (reps of various buinesses in Parkmore West and East) are looking into car share app solutions at the min. Check with your employer to see if they have a rep on the "Parkmore Transport Action Group", they might be able to give ya further information on it.
