Awaiting call back for over a month and 5 calls by me to cancellations

    I am trying to resolve and issue with my account which is not what I signed up for. I have spent hours on the phone and have requested that a supervisor call me back at least 5 times over the last 4-6 weeks and Im still waiting.

    Can someone please contact me and I'll pm my account no.
