permanent tsb current acc

i opened a ptsb current account a while ago with the view to moving from boi. anyways never got around to it and i received a letter today saying the account was sixteen euro in arrears. i rang straight away and paid the amount but im afraid this will give me a bad credit rating? anyone know anything about it? thanks
