    Hi

    Is it possible to get an update on my complaint

    I have followed the process as documented on the Eir website. As per the website someone will be in touch within 10 days.

    I haven’t heard a thing. I’ve emailed multiple times and receive the automated response someone will be in contact in 2 days

    It’s now 4 weeks and still nothing

    Is there any update I have not receive one update since lodging the complaint

    I have raised this issue with comreg due to the lack of correspondence from Eir
