Porting number after cancellation.

    My Mother in law has canceled her Eir landline, Broadband & Mobile a week ago with the plan to port the mobile to another network. She was told she would have 30 days to do this but the Mobile is now inactive. This means she can not now port the mobile to another network as she cannot receive the confirmation text. What can be done about this?
