Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I used to love the live gigs where they would get half the crowd to sing "Everybody hits you, and everybody cuts you down" as a counter anthem to every one else singing the chorus to Crazy World.

It was better than I made it sound, honestly.

Jesus. I'm glad he's not sick anymore, but this is not for me.

    Not by a long shot.

Tubridy has been very poor tonight. If he was a footballer you'd nearly say he's having a 'mare.

If he was a footballer he'd be a modern day bench warmer. An Irish Ross Barkley.

I think it's only appropriate that we say thanks to everybody up on that stage who has contributed something to Irish life. So thanks to Billy and Christy and F**K YOU Ryan Tubridy.

Love to know how many of the people who go to their gigs own an Aslan record , were alive when crazy world was a hit and know a song of theirs other than that one. 10% would be generous I think.

Tubs bar the Toy Show, Literature and Literary figures, subjects relating to Trump and the Kennedys is constantly uncomfortable.

"Pressure. It brings a building down."
Sad to hear that Bowie believed the conclusions of the 9/11 Commission Report.
That's a little conspiracy theory joke for ye there.

It was all going so well....................

EDIT: I take that back, that was actually a decent cover. Started awfully though

Thought it was rude to bring up Dolores, and then make it all about them. I thought he was going to ask them about her.

Similarity does not extend to singing this song. Murder on the dance floor of this classic.

A bit of a mess really. Vocals are too low in the mix.

Trump has kept the airstrikes to an absolute minimum, I would say he will even sort out Rocket Man diplomatically without a single bullet fired, probably involving some sort of challenge like a burger eating contest or an old fashioned arm wrestle.

Wasn't she on the voice and no judge turned for her. Of course they were all morto when she told them who she was!

Not sure either of them could carry that song... Christie couldn't for sure

Well that was possibly the best 30-40mins this show has had in months, i'll leave the duet alone, because it cant take away from what went before

    Assumed that was intentional...

They should have tried an easier song. Maybe Crazy Little Thing Called Love. Or Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

Of all the shows Shane McGowan and Victoria could have appeared on, why 'The Ray D'Arcy Show'?

Whoy? Will Ray get him to sit on the floor and perform 'Rock The Boat' like last week?
