Harvey has been living with the Slaters for a fairly long time now so would probably see Martin on a near daily basis since Harvey lives with his kids.

I can't see how Howie would have known him well though. Howie hardly ever features and didn't he spend most of last year living on a cruise ship so wouldn't have interacted much with Martin then anyway.

Harvey should go for it, gets treated like crap by the slaters.

Are we buying hard man Teddy as a killer, and who got the better of Zack

    Sharon's hair is awful

Kathy and Ian should be over Martin's funeral, did Ruby even really know Martin at all, her ideas are so not him

He'd know them in passing sure (also on a side note Howie should be sacked as a postman ten times over since he's always handing people their post at the market or in the pub/cafe rather than going their letter box) but he wouldn't know Martin well enough to be considered a close(ish) friend. I reckon Howie was in that scene to make up numbers since the likes of Martin's relatives like his cousins Ian, Peter and Bianca and aunt in law Kathy and ex-wife/friend Sonia were all absent for the filming of it.

Also Howie could just have been part of the lads group for watching the football together. My OH is part of such a group with friends but also some dip in & out & some would be more friends with some of the other lads.

"Small man syndrome" is a disgusting term steeped in misandry. It seems to imply that short men are aggressive or dangerous and insecure with their height. Imagine if we said things like that about tall women. Another example is the term "small penis energy". I hope Teddy kills Zak.

Was Penny not invited to Sonia's drinks, she is her cousin and no Denise since she united with Jack
