Silly storyline. He was with the Au-pair (cant think of her name) and flirting with Hayley and all of a sudden he has the hots for Sharon who he happens to know a long time but suddenly is attracted to her

Why on Earth would a guy like Keanu go for Sharon - she's middle aged, very overweight, fake tan, fake eyebrows, fake hair and dresses like a slapper...
on the other hand, she's experienced, she's obviously willing and she's not short of a bob or two ;)

So can we call this storyline between Sharon and Keanu, Sharongate 2? Pretty funny considering that it was Phil and Sharon during that storyline but now Phil is the one being cheated on by Sharon.

the show has been very sluggish the past while.... seems like you're just watching hayley fighting with the slaters, billy trying to get honey back, and that stuart psycho plotting to get some kind of revenge against the carters, which he's taking his sweet time doing.

Òk prob not a popular opinion but even though Keanu is good looking , the eyes are too small !!

    Jack , now he's a different story

I feel the same about Keanu. He’s gorgeous but last night when he was wearing the cream jumper his pecs were so big he looked like he needed a bra. Jack can melt your insides with a glance. He’s easily the sexiest man on the set.

No don’t think Jack is good. Looking at all, I’d prefer Max over him.

    Sharon is one lucky b*tch..

Eeeugh! No definitely not Max. Keanu is hot - but young. Jack for the win!

I know Phil's gone off but what made him come back earlier? When he found Keanu in the kitchen with Sharon?

I am bored beyond belief with Ted and Bernie's friendship now. I just don't buy it and I don't like either of them.

That music reminded me of those old Channel 5 late night softcore pornos that I used to watch, I had everything down to a tee, one finger on the channel 6 button incase the mother walked in, the other finger on the off button incase channel 6 failed and then the video tape recording so I wouldn't miss a second. I think that was the beginning of my abnormal relationship with pornography.

Dear Lord. This Sharon/Keanu thing is EXCRUCIATING. She has to be the worst actress on telly.

It's the bally ballyness of it that makes it all seem so bally bally.

Has Stuart shot himself and who is this Dylan fella?

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 1,074 ✭✭✭LoughNeagh2017

That quote from the Irish Republican ruined the episode for me, I spent the rest of the episode trying to figure out what it meant. I spent the first half wondering why Keanu was sleeping with Sharon and not Louise.

you have just put 2+2 together for me, I think Dylan shoots Stuart. Dylan is a friend of Tina from years ago who has got in touch and they both realise that Stuart did the same thing to each of them locking them in the boot of a car and frightening them.

was still a good episode tho in fairness - it would have me itching to tune in tomorrow .... especially as afterwards I turned over to that drivel with that renew of wedding vows with them drips coronation street - eastenders knocks spots off corrie!

Louise will probably end up crushing on Keanu

    Sharon gets oranger each episode

but that dylan had something in his bag that said it would guarantee they 'would both sleep well that night' - what was it and what was that all about?

why was there something there that I didnt trust Dylan on tonights episode - what was setting off alarm bells, something was?

What did Stuart pay sharon's kid to do? and how did stuart get into the pub this time if the locks were changed?

Sharon was like a dog in heat trying to get Keanus pants off.

yes I wondered about the thing in Dylans bag too. It was all very quick from him meeting Tina and asking could he sleep at the pub when there is a chance the fella (Stuart) he fears most could turn up there. I think Stuart was hiding somewhere in the pub when they closed sure he knows the place well by now mooching around when they are asleep

I hope Stuart has shot Mick, such a smug man always gloating in Stuarts face about his so called better life.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 87,874 ✭✭✭✭JP Liz V1

I'd say Linda thinks Mick did it which is why she hide the gun but I think Stuart did it himself

Why didn't the Carters turn on the lights and call the police when all first up and downstairs and where did Dylan go?

Stuart is an amazing actor. Shows a lot of the others up.!

What a brutal episode. Mel and Jack have been dating about two months and he proposes to her. Hunter and Denny hear a gunshot from across the Square but half the people in the Queen Vic didn’t.

The characters of Mick and Stuart are terrible just like the actors playing them.

Hopefully the new EE boss will stop having the Carters involved in every storyline.

oh i have to say I like mick - he brings a lot to the show ..... except for when he is wearing his wife's pink dressing gown - what the hell is that about. - cant stand his wife, dunno why just dont like her ... dont like Tina too - and i wish halfpint or whatever he is called would take off that stupid tea cosy off his head and pulling those funny expressions .. and honestly how can he be related to stuart as his brother? .. oh and talking of stuart I quite like his matey cockney character and the way he plays that part so weirdly.... but he does over-act to the point it gets cringey a lot of the time

Does anyone think that Keanu (seeing as he is always broke) will blackmail Mick's wife into giving him money to keep quiet about seeing her dump the gun in the river .. or would that be totally out of his character?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,226 ✭✭✭nikkibikki

I was just watching that episode in disbelief. They all left a 3 year old upstairs alone during a dangerous situation. Even when they thought Stuart was roaming around the house. His parents, his grandmother and his grand-aunt. Completely baffling behaviour.

Also baffling and out of character was Mick leaving the pub to walk the dog when he feared Stuart was going to try break in.

I thought going off with his boss wife was out of character so you could well be right

mick left the pub to walk the dog ... but the dog was left behind in his dog bed! - the plot thickens....

He was a dodgy copper in Red Rock where he supposedly died. He must have faked it and moved to London :pac:

Horrible Shirley (and Mick) saying that it was Dylan responsible for the shooting. Sick of the sight of her for so long on this show, the constant puss on her face, she makes Carol in Fair City seem positively happy in comparison
